Simone Racheli Born in Florence, where he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 1991. In 1994 he moved to Rome and then to Parma in 2004. Since 1996 he has exhibited in several exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Working with sculpture and design and installation, he held shows at Palazzo Arengario and PAC in Milan, Megaron Plus in Athens, 16th Biennial in Cerveira in Portugal, Fondazione Sandretto in Turin, MAC in Lissone, Roda Sten Museum in Goteborg in Sweden, Arnaldo Pomodoro Foundation, Lugano Museum of Art and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan. He participated in the Venice Biennale in 2011, for the Emilia-Romagna Pavilion, at the XIV Quadrennial in Rome. His work is part of the permanent collection of the MEFIC of Murcia in Spain. He lives and works in Parma.
